Dick Tracy one of America’s longest running comic strips had a blurb on honest sealcoating and asphalt companies. While the cartoon refers to all the trades, we found it funny and appropriate that they would use a sealcoating company as a sample.

Hard to believe we are entering our 23rd season of paving and sealcoating in Minnesota and Wisconsin’s Duluth and Superior area. This year’s mild Winter one would think was a much needed break for parking lots and driveways.

Twin Ports University Project Completed

Last week one of our major univerisities needed quick parking lot repair before students returned to school and they called on a logical team, A-1 Asphalt.
“We knew there was a rush on it, there were some rough spaces and we completed the job quickly and it looks great,” says Jon Hetzel who personaly managed the project.
